Question: Is multiple account allowed?

Answer: NO, anyone who caught using multiple accounts will be resulted to banning of both accounts. Only one account per person is allowed.

Question: Sharing IP address and PC terminal on different user?

Answer: 2 separate or individual accounts like brother, father, mother or any member of the family that share the same IP address or PC terminal is allowed as long as both accounts develop their own town and it can be validated just in case by Admin. More than 2 accounts on the same IP and PC face greater risk of being banned.

Question: Can I use VPN or proxy server?

Answer: YES, according to the email response that I received from the Technical Support department of GoldenTowns. Just make sure that you don't use it to exploit the game like making dummy accounts or you will banned.

Question: My in game Nationality is different from my Real Live Location?

Answer: This happen when you use vpn or proxy server while registering your account, or maybe you're a traveller and happened to registered from different country. Don't worry because the Admin said that in the near future there will be a migration/immigration feature for the game.

Question: Is this game free?

Answer: Definitely, but you have an option to invest money if you want to develop your town faster.

Question: What are the mode of payments:

Answer: Paypal, Moneybookers/Skrill, Payza, Neteller and Bitcoin depending on the reseller.

Question: How can I buy Goldentowns Coin or GTC?
