Cheaper way to mine Gold
If you want to mine gold cheaply so you can save some extra resources, then you need to execute it with proper timing because the raw materials needed keeps on fluctuating from time to time depending on the Gold volume that was extracted within 24 hours and any other aspects that affects it production.
So, here is what you need to do. Just go GOLD tab page in GoldenTowns and check it first if it's cheaper or not. As you may noticed, it has a 3200 resources needed to extract 1 Gold. That is the most expensive amount so far, so avoid it because it's not worth it.
WRONG:
But if you are patient enough to wait for an hour or two then you will encounter this average price for gold extraction which is 1600 resources per 1 GOLD. This is a good time to mine gold because its price is can be justified with the amount of gold you will recieve.
CORRECT:
Anyway, I encounter an amount of 800 resources per 1 Gold once but it's a very rare occasion and it only lasted for minutes. I have no idea what will be the future economics of gold extraction but one thing for sure, the gold keeps on rising like there's no tomorrow on this game so better mine it and hoard it for a while.
NOTE: The maximum gold extraction that a single Level 5 Goldmine per 24 hours is 0.5 Gold only. So I think we will only needing half of it when extracting 0.5 Gold.
